Shipping & Delivery

Verify each shipment upon receipt against TSD Inc's packing list to ensure accuracy.  If a discrepancy is found, please contact the TSD, Inc. Customer Service Department immediately at +1.888.886.6551 or info@displayzone.com.  If damage to packaging is evident upon receipt, please retain ALL package materials in their received form for inspection.  Digital images are also helpful when damage has occured. All packages are insure for invoice value through UPS, and UPS alone will determine if the damage incurred is covered by policy.

Privacy

DisplayZone’s Privacy Policy applies to use of this Site, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. To view DisplayZone's Privacy Policy, click here. Additionally, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted. You may not use or export or re-export any Content or any copy or adaptation of such Content, or any product or service offered on the Site, in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including without limitation United States export laws and regulations.

Returns & Replacements

DisplayZone accepts an even price exchange of standard products within 5 working days from delivery from a DisplayZone warehouse with no restocking fees.  Should a return be requested of unused product for any reason other than a warranty matter, 5 days or more after the shipping date; contact DisplayZone Customer Service Department for a determination if DisplayZone will accept the desired return.  DisplayZone will carry out a full inspection of products before deciding whether or not to accept the return.  All returns of this nature are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Returns are not accepted more than 30 days after the shipping date.

Errors and Omissions: Product Pricing

We strive to keep all of the information on the Private Label web site as accurate as possible but we are not responsible for pricing errors and/or omissions other than prices specified in your order confirmation. Please review your order confirmation carefully. You must notify us within twenty four hours if your order confirmation is incorrect.

All prices on Private Label are subject to change without notice.

Void Where Prohibited

Although the Site is accessible worldwide, not all features, products or services discussed, referenced, provided or offered through or on the Site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations, or appropriate or available for use outside the United States. In the event of pricing or specification error, DisplayZone reserves the right to correct the error in a manner of its sole choosing. In the event of a pricing error, DisplayZone may reverse any transaction even agter transfer of funds. In such cases, charges will be reversed. DisplayZone that this site or any content, service or feature will be error free or uninterrupted. All information provided on this site is subject to change without notice.  DisplayZone disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third parties in connection or relation to your use of this site or services.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify DisplayZone immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by DisplayZone or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your DisplayZone ID, password or account.
